The roof is rated to support up to 165 lbs of snow load. For maximum wind resistance, we recommend anchoring the shed to its base — anchor kits are included.
No concrete needed. Our sheds come with a floor included — you just need a flat, level surface. A compacted gravel pad or pressure-treated wood frame works perfectly. The most important thing is that the base is level: a shed built even slightly off-level will have doors that don't close properly within a season.
The most common mistake is buying too small. A good rule of thumb: go one size up from what you think you need. A 6x4 fits garden tools, bags, and small equipment. A 8x6 adds a lawnmower and a workbench. A 10x8 gives you full walk-around space.
